Guggenheim Abu Dhabi is planned to have 320, 000 Square feet and designed to accommodate approximately 130, 000 square feet of exhibition space. It reflects the Emirate's vision as a cultural leader in the region and a place of exchange. The museum plays a civic role through its mission to spark wider interest and awareness of global modern and contemporary art while offering a creative platform for artists from around the world.
DDDc has engaged with the main contractor and sub-contractors of various disciplines from the pre-tendering stage to construction and As-Built (currently underway). Our supporting documents on proposed BIM metholody and workflow helped many sub-contracts win their bids. Here are some of the highlights of DDDc's participation:

SeaWorld Abu Dhabi is an upcoming marine life theme park and animal research, rescue & rehabilitation center that is slated to open in 2022 on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. It will span 183,000 sq m (1,969,795 sq ft) of floorspace across its five indoor stories. Attractions will include interactive exhibits, an immersive ride detailing a visual journey from North Pole to South Pole, and what is billed as the largest aquarium in the world.

DDDc was involved in the development
The Power Plant 3 (PP3) expansion project has addressed Jeddah’s growing electricity needs. The project is located to the south of Jeddah. The existing plant is comprised of 27 simple cycle units, and the upgrade provides another eight units. These use General Electric 7EA combustion turbines designed to lower emissions and improve efficiency. Enhancements include significant expansion of crude oil treatment and storage facilities and the provision of a fire station, site security building and workshop.

Pixel project is the first mixed use project. This is envisioned as a development which embraces the outdoors and creates a sense of community, deviating from the prevalent typology in the United Arab Emirates of disconnected towers. It's consist of seven compact mid-rise towers of varying heights for optimized views and shading which are pushed to the edges of the site to create a central plaza in between.

Kolenkit is one of the poorest neighborhood of Amsterdam it consist 2000 small poor quality flat. The project scala is a program in the city of kolenkit. Improving living qualities and making connections with pre-war Amsterdam, that's what they wanted. A very diverse program has been realized at a compact location of 230 × 30 meters, including various care homes. The plan has been carefully incorporated, taking into account sound from both sides, and beautifully materialized with quality materials that we know will last.

Al Wasl Plaza is the world's largest 360-degree projection dome built for Dubai Expo 2020. The plaza connects the three Thematic Districts (Sustainability, Mobility and Opportunity) and provides access the UAE Pavilion, Metro Station and concourses.
Al Wasl plaza has a 150-meter diameter and it will be topped by a 65-meter-high domed trellis. It is constructed entirely of steel, around 13.6 kilometers of it. Al Wasl plaza also consists of 252 laser projectors working to splash images onto the surface of the Al Wasl dome. This image is actually viewed not just inside the dome but also outside. It is being designed as a central hub of the explosion.
DDDc developed the BIM 3D models for the projectors and the speakers placed in the plaza. The 3D models with the updated ABS data were developed in Revit from the provided drawings.
