Guggenheim Abu Dhabi is planned to have 320, 000 Square feet and designed to accommodate approximately 130, 000 square feet of exhibition space. It reflects the Emirate's vision as a cultural leader in the region and a place of exchange. The museum plays a civic role through its mission to spark wider interest and awareness of global modern and contemporary art while offering a creative platform for artists from around the world.
DDDc has engaged with the main contractor and sub-contractors of various disciplines from the pre-tendering stage to construction and As-Built (currently underway). Our supporting documents on proposed BIM metholody and workflow helped many sub-contracts win their bids. Here are some of the highlights of DDDc's participation:

SeaWorld Abu Dhabi is an upcoming marine life theme park and animal research, rescue & rehabilitation center that is slated to open in 2022 on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi. It will span 183,000 sq m (1,969,795 sq ft) of floorspace across its five indoor stories. Attractions will include interactive exhibits, an immersive ride detailing a visual journey from North Pole to South Pole, and what is billed as the largest aquarium in the world.

Halton Healthcare is a healthcare organization comprised of three community hospitals - Georgetown Hospital, Milton District Hospital and Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. Together these hospitals, along with their community locations, provide healthcare services to nearly 400,000 residents in the communities of Halton Hills, Milton and Oakville.
DDDc was involved in the development of LOD 400 stage 3D Models for two levels of the Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. The inputs received were approved drawings in *.dwg and *.pdf formats. The BIM Models were developed in Revit and the ABS data was included in the models. The *.nwc files are submitted for initial review before the *.rvt files were delivered for approval.

The project contains leisure attractions, luxurious hotels, unrivaled accommodation, and world-class facilities. All the rides within the waterpark are inspired by the Qatari culture; complementing the theme of the oil and gas industry.

This upscale hotel is situated along Yas Bay on lively Yas Island. It is 3 km from Ferrari World Abu Dhabi and 6 km from Warner Bros. World™ Abu Dhabi. The development consists of 1 Basement, 12 Floors of hotel space and 2 Floors of Retail with a total GFA of approximately 220,000 sq. m.
DDDc was involved in the development of the 3D BIM deliverables for the project through the LOD 500 stage. DDDc was responsible for the BIM deliverables including coordinated 3D BIM models, clash reports, and the 2D drawings required for construction. DDDc provided services as lumpsum packages and through the secondment of skilled resources. The scope of the BIM deliverables included all MEP services, Interior, Fitout, Retail Signages, Canopies, Landscaping, Civil works, Irrigation, and many more.
