Jotun R&D Laboratory and Regional Office - Dubai

Jotun Group’s regional R&D centre in Dubai will combine the existing three centres in the emirate in one umbrella location to meet the needs of clients across the Middle East, India and Africa. A total of 47 Jotun employees are currently engaged in research in the region, and this number is expected to reach 70 by 2030.

SunTrust Finance Tower is an 11 story building in Paranaque, Manila, under construction intended for commercial use.

BIM Project Description

DDDc developed the LOD 300 and LOD 350 stage 3D BIM Models for the MEP and Structural discipline for the projects. The deliverables included 3D BIM Models in Revit and clash reports in *.nwd/*.nwf formats.
