Project Scala - Amsterdam

Kolenkit is one of the poorest neighborhood of Amsterdam it consist 2000 small poor quality flat. The project scala is a program in the city of kolenkit. Improving living qualities and making connections with pre-war Amsterdam, that's what they wanted. A very diverse program has been realized at a compact location of 230 × 30 meters, including various care homes. The plan has been carefully incorporated, taking into account sound from both sides, and beautifully materialized with quality materials that we know will last.

Al Ain Hospital – Al Ain

Al Ain Hospital consists of 35 specialist departments. It has 402-bed acute care and emergency hospital with more than 300 doctors.

Port Khalifa Etihad Rail - Abu Dhabi

This is the first national freight and passenger railway network. It has 1,200km and it is connected with the seven emirates of the UAE. It is expected to serve about 16 million passenger and 50 million tons of freight.

EKFC & Crop One Vertical Farming - Dubai

EKFC & Crop One is vertical farming that produces crops indoor using technology. It can be located anywhere because all nutrients needed will be provided in a controlled environment. They use technology rather than chemicals and it is typically growing in a soil-less medium using nutrient solution.

Qetaifan Water Park

Qetaifan Island North is the first entertainment island of its kind in Qatar and a key element of the Lusail expansion project. The project contains leisure attractions, luxurious hotels, unrivaled accommodation, and world-class facilities. All the rides within the waterpark are inspired by the Qatari culture; complementing the theme of the oil and gas industry.

Al Wasl Hotel - Expo 2020 - Dubai

Al Wasl hotel features 312 king, twin and accessible Rover Rooms, as well as 19 Rover suites. It will also boast of several dining and social outlets, including The Daily, a grab&go Rove Café and The Bar, along with a rooftop swimming pool and sundeck overlooking Al Wasl Plaza.

BIM Project Description

DDDc executed a lump-sum fixed-price contract to develop the 3D BIM Models for the Roof and Façade Cladding. The deliverables included BIM Models in *.rvt format and clash report in .*.nwf/*.nwd formats.

The BIM deliverables for the Fitout package for the Al Wasl Hotel were developed by DDDc. The team produced LOD 500 stage BIM 3D models with Facility Management data included.

Galleria Mall – Abu Dhabi

Galleria Mall is a super-regional mall in the heart of the city. It has more than 400 stores, including 300 of the world’s most popular brands, 100 dining options, urban parks, and world-class entertainment.

BIM Project Description

DDDc's BIM coordinator was part of the team that developed the BIM 3D Models for the MEP discipline for the project. The responsibilities included 3D Modelling, Coordination and Drawing extraction.

One Zabeel Tower – Dubai

One Zabeel is consist of two slender towers connected by a 230-meter-long steel bridge. The two towers house residential units, a hotel, and offices.
